# Owned properties

GET https://clients.infonite.tech/api/executions/results/{execution_id}/public/v1/properties/es

Real estate registered to your customer in the official Spanish records.

One entry per property owned or co-owned: location, cadastral identification, value and the ownership share. Asset verification and solvency analysis from the register rather than from a declaration. Field by field in [Properties](/guides/data-models/properties).

Features are chosen when the execution **starts**, not here. An execution that did not ask for `properties_data` answers `204`, and the only way to get the data is to run another one.

| Status | Meaning                                                                                                                        |
| :----- | :----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `200`  | The properties.                                                                                                                |
| `202`  | `feature_not_ready` — `properties_data` is still running. **Only this family waits**: the ones that already closed answer now. |
| `204`  | The execution never asked for `properties_data`. No body.                                                                      |
| `404`  | No execution with that id for your application, or it has been deleted.                                                        |

**Server to server only.** This call is authorised with your application secret: it belongs in your backend, never in a browser, a mobile app or anything your customer can read.

**200 OK**Real estate registered to your customer in Spain, with its cadastral reference, use, surface, share of ownership and the value the cadastre assigns it. **An empty list is an answer, not a gap**: the feature ran and the source reported none.

  - `address` (string, optional) — Full address of the property.
  - `property_type` (string, optional) — Type of property (e.g., Urban, Rustic).
  - `property_use` (string, optional) — Main use of the property (e.g., Residential).
  - `assessment_year` (string, optional) — Year of the catastral assessment.
  - `assessed_value` (map from string to string, optional) — Total assessed cadastral value.
  - `land_value` (map from string to string, optional) — Assessed land value.
  - `construction_value` (map from string to string, optional) — Assessed construction value.
  - `cartography_link` (string, optional) — Link to the cartography map.
  - `download_info` (object, optional) — Internal metadata for downloading documents.
    - `cn` (string, optional) — Class of nature.
    - `cp` (string, optional) — Province code.
    - `cm` (string, optional) — Municipality code.
    - `pc1` (string, optional) — Cadastral plot 1.

### 202

**202 Accepted**`feature_not_ready`: `properties_data` is still running. **You do not have to wait for the whole execution** — every family answers as soon as its own feature closes, so a slow source does not hold up the ones that already finished.
