# Partial results when a source answers late

Some administrations do not answer in real time. The *CIRBE* credit risk report from the Banco de España is the usual case: it can take minutes to be produced, and until now your customer sat in front of a spinner waiting for it.

### Spain Public Administration (v1)

* **New callback event `es-public-administration:partial`**: the widget now lets the customer go as soon as they are done, and this event delivers **everything gathered up to that moment** — the same `FlowResultsSchema` you already parse, with the pending sources simply absent from it. Use it to show your customer something immediately, or to start the work that does not depend on the slow source.

> **Warning**
>
> **That payload is partial, and the session is still open.** `es-public-administration:ended` still fires afterwards, with the complete and final data. That is the event that closes the verification — do not act on the partial one as if it were the outcome.

* **Delivered at most once per session**, even while the flow moves in and out of the waiting state as the remaining sources finish. As with every webhook, keep your endpoint idempotent.
* **Subscribing is optional**: if you configure no hook for this event, nothing changes for you. You keep receiving `ended` exactly as before.
