It is written for the people on **your** side — the person integrating, the person who holds the keys, the person who wants to know how last week went — and it never asks you to write to us for something you can do yourself. #### [Your applications](/console/organizations-and-applications) What an application is, what an organization is, and why users are the one piece you can do without. #### [Your first application](/console/your-first-app) Creating one, what it can already do in sandbox, and how to ask us for production. #### [App settings](/console/app-settings) The screen the Console opens on: names, redirect URLs, and what each of the five sections holds. #### [Capabilities](/console/capabilities) What the application may do, how far each thing reaches, and how to ask for the rest. #### [Security & keys](/console/security-and-keys) The secret your backend signs in with, and the optional key pair that lets you encrypt what you send us. #### [Webhooks](/console/webhooks) Where the platform tells your backend what happened — endpoints, rules and how to answer a delivery. #### [Engines](/console/engines) The catalogue of banks, utilities and public administrations your customers can connect. #### [Direct Executions dashboard](/console/direct-executions-dashboard) How your executions went: success rate, outcomes and which engines ran the most. #### [Your account](/console/your-account) Your profile, the language of everything we send you, how you sign in and the guided tours. --- ## Getting access **Access to the Console is by invitation.** There is no sign-up form: your organization is created by our team, and the first person is invited by us. Once inside, that person can ask us to invite colleagues. If your organization is not on INFONITE yet, or you have joined one and need a seat, write to us and someone from our team will get back to you as soon as possible: #### [global@infonite.tech](mailto:global@infonite.tech) One email with your company name and what you are looking to connect is enough. #### [Contact form](https://www.infonite.tech/contact-us/) The same request, from our website. --- ## Your first sign-in The invitation reaches you by email, with your **username** and the steps below. There is no link to click — no email from us ever asks you to click one — and no password inside: you set your own. #### Open the Console Go to [infonite.tech/console](https://www.infonite.tech/console) and, on the sign-in screen, choose **Recover my password**. A first access and a lost password are the same door: you have a username and no password yet. #### Type your username The one in the invitation. We send a one-time code to the email address the invitation went to. #### Enter the code and choose a password The code proves the mailbox is yours; the password is yours to choose, and nobody at INFONITE ever sees it. #### Sign in Username and password. From then on, at least once every 24 hours, we also ask for a short code sent to your email — that is the Console's second factor, and there is nothing to set up for it. > **Note** > > **Lost the invitation email?** Nothing is lost with it. The recovery in step 1 only needs your username; if you do not remember it either, write to the person who invited you, or to us. --- ## Finding your way Every screen of the Console explains itself the first time you open it, with a short guided tour. Two things stay in the header of most screens after that: * **The book icon** replays the tour of the screen you are on. * **The Docs pill** opens the guide for that screen — this documentation, on the page that matters right then. The documentation also answers questions: the **Ask AI** search at the top of every page reads these guides and the API reference, and the site publishes an `llms.txt` so the assistant you already use can read them too. > **Tip** > > Everything in the Console can also be handled **by our team for you**. If you would rather not self-serve — no users in your organization, no one holding keys — write to `support@infonite.tech` and we will be glad to manage your service. The [next page](/console/organizations-and-applications) explains why that works without changing anything about your applications.
