Academic Records
Where it lives: in the Spain Public Administration results, at data.academic.higher_education_degrees and data.academic.secondary_education. APIs with dedicated per-product results endpoints return this model directly.
The official degrees the person holds, as the Ministry’s registries record them, read through the Carpeta Ciudadana in their name and with their consent. Use them to check a CV, a regulated profession or a scholarship requirement without chasing paper certificates — or a photocopy someone edited.
What is in it, and what is not
- University degrees — every official university degree whose title has been issued: the qualification, the university, when it was finished and issued, and its official title number (
official_id). Read the level fromqualification_name(Grado, Máster, Doctor…):sub_familydoes not tell them apart yet. - Non-university qualifications — Bachillerato, vocational training (Formación Profesional) and the rest of the official titles below university: the school and its code, the province, the education law it was obtained under (
study_framework) and its national and regional registry numbers. - Not in it: degrees a university awards on its own (títulos propios), courses, and grades or credits. The registries record that a title was awarded, not the transcript.
